Lisa’s Recommendations:

NOTO Fashion Show
Noto Fashion
Into fashion that is awesome and actually wearable? NOTO, in Akron is holding their annual fashion show on Saturday, June 1st at 7 p.m.

Tickets are $25 each and include fashion show admission<, 2 drink tokens, and seating. You can get your tickets online too – wow, magic. The style you can expect to see, and buy immediately after the show, is contemporary boutique-esque that Collyn and I would both rock.

Other activities NOTO will offer, aside from the fashion show, include MC Hair Consultants braid bar, DJ Moose Malloy, The Orange Trük, local art, music and film along the Downtown Akron Artwalk. Check out the NOTO facebook, because it’s muchos better-o than the website.

4th Street Flea Market

The 4th Street Flea Market begins this Saturday outside 4th Street NW in downtown Canton in the Canton Arts District. (GPS 310 4th Street NW, Canton, OH.)

The new social extravaganza will host numerous vendors offering treasures, no trash; items will include vintage clothing, handmade goods, retro collectibles, music instruments, posters, books and many one of kind items found throughout past and present. It’s being hosted by the 13th Floor Gallery and will continue every Saturday from June- August. Keeping money in the local economy – we’re def on board with this. You can find us there in the morning, so stop us and say hi!
